Do you log my prompts?
No. Cloudflare AI Gateway is configured to log metadata only: model, tokens, status, timestamp. Prompt and response bodies are never persisted. Verified via privacy policy §5.3.
Where does my data go?
For paid features, prompts route through your browser → Cloudflare AI Gateway → Anthropic or OpenAI (with Zero Data Retention enabled).
What happens to my tracking when I close the browser? (Chrome extension)
Nothing. The extension writes to disk via Chrome's extension storage and survives browser close, restart, and reboot. You'd lose it only by uninstalling the extension or explicitly clearing extension data. Export to JSON anytime as a backup.
What happens to my tracking when I close the tab? (web tracker at /app/)
In persistent mode (the default), your data lives in this browser's localStorage and survives tab close, refresh, and reboot — same as the extension, just scoped to this browser profile. In Goldfish Mode (the memory-only option offered during onboarding), refresh or close-tab loses everything by design. Either way, Settings → Export JSON is your backup; do that before you close if you picked Goldfish Mode.
Do the Chrome extension and the web tracker share data when I sign in?
Not yet. Tracking data stays local on each surface — your localStorage in the web tracker, chrome.storage.local in the extension. Sign-in unlocks paid AI features (the Show Off Your Work Bundle) on both surfaces but does not sync entries between them. To move data, use Settings → Export JSON on one and Import JSON on the other.
I already track time elsewhere — can I import a CSV?
Yes. In Settings → Data click "Import CSV…". Required columns: date (YYYY-MM-DD), label, duration_minutes. Optional: note, core12_weights (e.g. 1:70|3:30 for Core 12 IDs summing to 100; the legacy cloc_weights header is also accepted). A "Download sample CSV" button shows the exact shape. Import is atomic — a single bad row aborts the whole file.
What happens if I cancel?
One-time purchases don’t have subscriptions. Refund within 30 days for unused work. Refunds revoke product access immediately.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Cloudflare doesn’t train on routed traffic. Anthropic and OpenAI’s standard API tiers do not train on API traffic.
What's the Character Archetype?
A flavor layer on top of Core 12 tracking. After enough entries, your work patterns map to one of ten archetypes (Chaos Tamer, Workflow Weaver, Spreadsheet Sorcerer, and seven more). It’s there to make tracking feel like RPG progression rather than timesheet drudgery.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Both surfaces have full JSON export — extension Options page, or web app Settings → Export JSON. Your data is yours: local-first, no lock-in.

Yes. Tracking, the badge, the archetype, the Core 12 breakdown, and CSV import are free forever — no sign-in required for any of that. We charge for the things that turn tracked work into outputs other people see: the Show Off Your Work Bundle ($9.99).
